Ordering: To make a purchase at BooneSky.com browse through the site for items that you are looking for and add to your cart. When you are ready, proceed to check out and fill in the information required (name, address, phone, email, etc.). You will then choose the type of payment (visa, master card, etc.) and pay for your purchase. After finishing the checkout process you will be emailed a detail of your oder to the email address that you provided.

Minimum Order: There is a $20.00 minimum order requirement to checkout.

Product Availability: Although all efforts are made to keep inventory up to date, BooneSky.com does not guarantee that all items will be available at the time you place your order. Items sold at BooneSky.com are also being sold at other avenues which could affect inventory accuracy. If you place an order and there are none available, you will receive a refund for the full purchase price which includes the shipping and handling charge for your order. Refund will be processed within 24 hours of your purchase. If you are trying to purchase an item that is showing out of stock, please contact us for a more accurate inventory quantity.

Product Pictures: Pictures for each products are there to show customers what each item looks like. We try our best to place the appropriate picture for each items. Some pictures may not depict exactly what the item looks like, but rather an approximate view of the item that is for sale. BooneSky.com does not guarantee that the item purchased will look "e;exactly"e; as the picture portrays on this site.

Sales Tax:  BooneSky.com is required to collect State Sales Tax for the following state: IL 7.5%.

Payments: BooneSky.com accepts all major credit cards. You can choose to pay via Visa, Master Card, Discovery or American Express.

Shipping: Orders made at BooneSky.com are shipped mostly by UPS and FedEx. Occasionally we do ship by USPS and DHL. If you are providing a P.O. Box address for shipping, you will not get a tracking number and your order will be shipped by USPS. Orders above $300.00 must be shipped to a street address. We also ship products from several locations throughout the US.

International Orders/Shipping: We will ship international. Some items may take a few extra days to ship out. We ship out from several locations for domestic orders, but only one location for international. If we do not have the item you purchased at the location where we ship out international orders, it takes 2-3 days for us to get your order out.

We ship via U.S.P.S. Express Mail for a fast and reliable service. Shipping cost includes Insurance. We can ship via UPS, FedEx or DHL as well, however this will be twice as much in shipping cost as the Express Mail. Please contact us if you would like to have your order shipped in any other service aside from the Express Mail International that we offer at checkout and we can provide you with a quote. We do not ship in Priority or other less expensive services as we have found other postal services to be not as reliable and have had packages lost, damaged or delayed. Please contact us if you have any questions.

International Bulk Orders: Please contact us if you are looking to purchase a bulk quantity for international delivery. Please contact us for payment methods as we do not accept credit cards for international bulk orders.

International Buyer Requirements: ALL INTERNATIONAL BUYERS MUST REGISTER AN ACCOUNT WITH BOONESKY. International buyers cannot use P.O. Box addresses. We do ship via UPS, FedEx and U.S. Mail. We require a valid phone number, both for our records and for the shipping company. Please contact us if you have any questions.

Shipping Cost: Most items ship via UPS and occasionally FedEx and USPS. Shipping costs is based on weight and a list of shipping rate is provided during checkout.

Shipping Time: Shipping for most orders received in the mornings are usually shipped same day. Some orders, however, ship next business day. Most items ship via UPS Ground and occasionally FedEx and USPS.

Lost Packages: Please note that BooneSky.com is not responsible for any lost packages through the mailing system. After your order has been handed over to the shipping service, it is out of our control. Please contact the shipping company first when looking for your package with the tracking/label number that you have been provided with. We will do our best to help in the situation, but we do not guarantee anything.

Return Policy: We offer a 30 day full money back guarantee from the day you receive your order. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase please contact customer service atreturns@boonesky.com within 30 days for a refund or exchange. All returns must be receive by us within 30 days of receiveing your order for a full refund.

• 20% fee if items are returned 31-45 days after receiving your order.
• No refunds or exchanges after 45 days.
• Refunds are for the total purchase price of the item not to include shipping.
• Shipping fee will not be refunded.
• All returns must be in the original condition as you received it in order to get credit.
• Open softwares are not eligible for refund.

RMA: All request for item return must have an RMA (returned merchandise authorization) by BooneSky.com. Items sent back without RMA will not be accepted.

Exchange: Please contact us within 30 days, if you are planning on exchanging your item. All exchanges are subject to additional shipping charges towards the shipping cost of the new item.

Refund: Refunds for items returned will be credited back to your credit card. Please allow up to 10 working days for your refund to be processed after your return has been received.

Warranty: Most of our items offer a manufacturers warranty. Please contact the manufacturer for defective items that are covered under a warranty.

Price Change: BooneSky.com has the right to change sale prices at any time. From time to time we may change our prices due to Promotions (price goes down) or price changes due to new pricing from manufacturer (price goes up). Please be aware that price changes due to new manufacturer pricing will be the sale price of the item. We will not sell the item with the previous pricing once prices has been updated. When we put items for sale, we do not credit previous orders placed prior to our sale date.

FREE Shipping: The free shipping on selected items throughtout this store applies to the 48 U.S. States only. Free shipping is standard ground of UPS, FedEx or USPS.

Promotional Gift Certificates / Coupons: Redemption of a gift certificate or coupon may not be combined with other gift certifcate or coupon. Only one gift certificate or coupon may be used during each checkout. Gift certificates and coupons do not apply towards shipping cost of items purchased. Each gift certificate may be used more than once until credit limit has been met or the certificate has reached an expiration date. Coupons are good until date of expiration.
