Store Return Policy

Please make sure you understand our return policy prior to making your purchase.

We offer a 30 day full money back guarantee from the day you receive your order. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase please contact customer service at returns@boonesky.com  within 30 days for a refund or exchange. All returns must be receive by us within 30 days of receiveing your order for a full refund.

  • 30 day full money back guarantee if item is returned within 30 days of receiving your order.
  • 20% fee if items are returned 31-45 days after receiving your order.
  • No refunds or exchanges after 45 days.
  • No refunds for open softwares.
  • Refunds are for the total purchase price of the item not to include shipping.
  • Shipping fee will not be refunded.
  • All returns must be in the original condition as you received it in order to get credit.

RMA: All request for item return must have an RMA (returned merchandise authorization) by BooneSky.com. Items sent back without RMA will not be accepted. You may contact us atreturns@boonesky.com  PLEASE DO NOT SEND ITEMS BACK WITHOUT CONTACTING US FIRST.

Exchange: Please contact us within 30 days, if you are planning on exchanging your item for another item. All exchanges are subject to additional shipping charges towards the shipping cost of the new item. For faster exchanges, you may purchase a new item at our store and a refund for your returned item will be issued back to your credit card once your return has been received and processed.

For replacedment of a defective item, please contact us within 30 days. A replacement product for the same item returned will be shipped to you once we have received and inspected your return. A replacement wll be shipped to you within a week of receiving your return. Please allow additional processing time for holidays. Although we would like to ship out a new replacement to you as fast as possible, we do not ship out replacements until we have received and inspected your return. If you would like to receive a replacement faster, you may place a new order for the same item. You will be charged a shipping fee at checkout, which we will take off once your order has been processed. A refund will then be issued back to your credit card (minus shipping) once we have received and processed your return.

Refund: Refunds for items returned will be credited back to your credit card. Please allow up to a week for your refund to be processed after your return has been received.

Return Shipping: Return shipping cost (the shipping cost for you to send the item back to us) is comparable to your cost of driving to any store to return an item, which is not reimbursable. So please note that we do not reimburse any return shipping cost.

Any defective items will be replaced and we will ship the new item to you at our cost. However, we do not reimbuse the cost of shipping the defective item to our store.

Warranty: Most of our items offer a manufacturers warranty. Please contact the manufacturer for defective items that are covered under a warranty. This process is sometimes faster if you can't get an item to work properly and need to troubleshoot or get the item repaired/replaced.
